• Attendees: The whole team should attend if possible.
• Frequency: Weekly on Mondays.

Weekly Development meeting

Share what the company has in development and open it up to anyone for ideas.

• Attendees: The whole office if available, in person.
• Frequency: Weekly on Thursdays in the morning. Can replace the Start of week meeting if there’s no reason to have both.

Concept meeting

• Attendees: Key creative people on a project.
• Frequency: Once at the start of a project.
